You have 14 days of open purchase from when you received your goods on your online order. We always refund using the same method you used for your purchase.

Cost of return is borne by the customer himself (A stamp if you send them back in the same packaging as you received your order in)

All jewelry is sealed (sticker on the plastic packaging) when it arrives to you. Make sure the seal is not broken if you want to return the jewelry. When the sealing is broken, the right of return is no longer possible, this for reasons of hygiene.

Items returned to us in a non-saleable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.

Card payment:
Once your return has been processed and approved by us, we will ask your bank to process the refund.
Refunds to cards can take up to 10 working days depending on the bank's processing time, please note that we cannot influence this.

Swish:
Once your return has been processed and approved by us, we will refund you via Swish. The refund will appear in your Swish account after 3 working days.

Invoice:
When we receive your return, you will be credited for the product(s) you have returned. A new invoice with a corrected amount will not be sent, but you must adjust the amount yourself and pay, if applicable. remaining amount on your Klarna invoice. If you have already paid the entire invoice, Klarna will contact you for a refund within 30 days. To speed up the refund, we recommend that you contact Klarna with your correct payment details.
